Supply of cream/pink wove paper for printing of electoral rolls/ballot papers - regarding.

While placing the orders, the Chief Electoral Officers may take into account all relevant factors, but must ensure specification of paper, quality of paper and timely delivery.

(ii) In case of any anticipated difficulty in procuring the paper well in time, the Chief Electoral Officers may approach the Commission.

3. Details of paper Mills, as and when received from the Ministry of Industry will be sent to you.
